Payments
All payments must be paid through PayPal, Money order from Wal-Mart or Post Office or paid in cash. I do not accept personal checks unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment must be paid in full at time of pick-up or if being delivered or shipped payment must be received prior to delivery or shipment date. If being shipped or delivered I will also require all costs being paid before shipment or delivery can be made. Once the animal is paid for you will have two weeks to make arrangements to pick up the animal or have it delivered. After two weeks you will be charged a boarding fee. The animal will be kept here free of charge if it is not weaned or ready to go to its new home. Once the animal is weaned you must make arrangements within two weeks to get the animal or have it delivered. Please remember that shipping on some animals is dependent on the weather.
Payment plans can be set up upon request but animal must be paid in full in a time frame we agree upon. Please contact me if you are interested in a payment plan. A boarding fee will apply on animals that are ready to go to their new homes now.
Hold: We will hold an animal for seven days until the deposit is made. The animal will be marked hold until deposit arrives. If the deposit does not arrive in seven days the animal will go back on the sale page as available on the eighth day.
Deposit: To hold a critter we require a 25% non refundable deposit. The deposit will go against the total purchase price of the animal. Once the deposit is made the animal will be marked sale pending. You will have until the animal is weaned or ready to make the payment in full. If the animal is ready to go to its new home now you will have two weeks to make the payment in full and make arrangements to pick the animal up or have it delivered. Refunds and Health Guarantee
All of the animals we sell are healthy and free of disease to the best of our knowledge. We strive on making sure that all animals are healthy, and ready for their new homes.
Horses: All horses over $1000 will come with a basic health certificate and coggins test if necessary. Health and coggins for horses at or under $1000 is at buyers expense. If you want a more complete exam of the horse you are interested in you are welcome to have a vet come out and examine the horse at your cost. We do not guarantee that a miniature horse will mature under a certain size.
Hedgehogs: You have 72 hours from time the hedgehog is received from PER to take it to a licensed veterinarian for a health checkup. If it is found to be unhealthy it will be replaced when one is available. After 72 hours it is your responsibility and no health guarantee applies, except for that of genetic disorders. We have a lifetime guarantee that the hedgehog is free of WHS (Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome). If your hedgehog dies from WHS we will replace it free of charge with a signed necropsy report from a certified Veterinarian stating that it was WHA. If your hedgehog is found with any other genetic disorders that are life threatening within the first year of its life and have a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian, we will replace the hedgehog when one is available. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
Chinchillas: You have 72 hours from time the chinchilla is received from PER to take it to a licensed veterinarian for a health checkup. If it is found to be unhealthy it will be replaced when one is available. After 72 hours it is your responsibility and no health guarantee applies, except for that of genetic disorders. If your chinchilla is found with a genetic disorder that is life threatening within the first year of its life and you have a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian, we will replace the chinchilla when one is available. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
Sugar Gliders: You have 72 hours from time the sugar glider is received from PER to take it to a licensed veterinarian for a health checkup. If it is found to be unhealthy it will be replaced when one is available. After 72 hours it is your responsibility and no health guarantee applies, except for that of genetic disorders. If your sugar glider is found with a genetic disorder that is life threatening within the first year of its life and you have a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian, we will replace the sugar glider when one is available. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
Rescue Animals: We often take in rescue animals and re-home them. We will state on the available page if the critter is a rescue and we cannot be responsible for any health issues with these animals. We will do our best to make sure they are healthy but we cannot guarantee that they are free of illness either inherent or otherwise. There will only be small re-homing fees on these animals to help offset the cost of their care. If the animal becomes sick we will take it back if you are unable to care for it but we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.
Replacement Animals: All replacement animals must be of the same color and sex of the original animal purchased. If you would like to replace it with something else we will give you a credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original animal to put towards the animal of your choice.
Show/Pet Quality Guarantee: We cannot guarantee that any animals sold here will grow into show animals. We will state on the available page if the animal comes from show lines or if it is show/pet quality in our opinion and the price will reflect that. If you want a proven show animal it will have to be shown by us and the price will be marked accordingly.
Refunds
We cannot be responsible for you changing your mind and cannot offer cash refunds for animals that you decide you cannot take. If it is due to an issue stated above we can give a credit towards the purchase of a new animal or replace the animal. There are NO refunds on deposits or the animal not being in full if you have arranged a payment plan.
Boarding Costs
Horses: $2 per day per horse
Chinchillas: $0.50 per day per chin
Hedgehogs: $0.50 per day per hedgy
Sugar Glider: $1 per day per sugy
Dogs: $1 per day per puppy
